Does your health tend to suffer during changes in seasons?

--- I understand that "changes in seasons" means that for example someone suffers when winter comes or when summer ends?

Yes. When seasons change there are often wild swings in the weather. One day in the fall it may be very warm and the next day cold. This can affect people.

There are also seasonal allergies caused by various plants and other allergens.
