Changes..

I want to write a short phrase in the document I am working on now.
There are several changes made to the system when SystemA has been replaced with SystemB and I want to describe these changes.
For example,
'Changes implemented in System B', but I do not know how to put 'System A' in this one..
Any idea?

Won't people know that System A was the old one?
Changes Resulting from System B.


If all of them are good changes, you could say "Enhancements from Updating to System B"

Or do you need to do a comparison, like in System A it was "user" and in System B it's now "operator"?

I have heard "Changes from SysA to B" is OK from a native English speaker so have used this simple one.
