Dear Teachers,
There is a section entitled "Charlemagne" in the Economist magazine in which subjects related to the EU or Euopean Commission are discussed. Is it used in the same way that words such as Scotland Yard or Quai d'Orsay are used? Is the word used to refer to the EU, European Commission, or Europe in general?
Thank you.
