Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to share with me your appreciated opinion concerning the following sentences?

Tatjana imagine that her life is broken, and therefore start to lose weight and wither.
Shall he hot pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither?
wither = to fade; to lose freshness; to become sapless; to become sapless; to dry or shrivel up
The flowers withered in the cold.
His hopes withered (away).
Her beauty withered.
Illness has withered him.
The hot summer withered the grass.
Her affection withered.
She withered me with a look.

Sorry, vil, I thought we were only being invited to comment on the use of "wither". I'll read the sentences properly next time! :oops:
