Hello. I'm not too sure how to cite chapters from a textbook. The textbook was written by two authors, and I'm using only certain pages of two chapters from the textbook. Secondly, as another resource, I've obtained a book solely on deforestation; however, because my essay is simply on deforestation of the Amazon, I'm using a single chapter of the book-I'm not sure if that requires a special type of citation. Thanks.

(X & Y, year) can be used in the text. You can put full references in footnotes and the bibliography. ;-)
