Hi, could you please clarify if clay snake is plasticine?

Well - all I know is that plasticine is a modeling clay; clay snake is a figure formed from this clay. It is a common figure for pendants and decoration on vases, etc.

Is that what you mean?

The clay that I'm talking about can be glazed and fired, and I'm not sure we can do that with plasticine... And the form appearing in my text is a pot, not a snake...
