The announcer interviewing the people in the restaurant about the restaurant and the dishes in different clips:

A: This is the real McCoy.

B:This is the closest to home i'm going to get.
Announcer: Really? (laughs)

What is the meaning here is "the closest to home i'm going to get"
First, I don't know if he speaks literally
Second, the future tense here I can't get because he already is in the restaurant.:-|

Thanks.

If Person B was served kushari, then he might say, "This is the closest to Egypt I'm going to get".

If Person B was served fish and chips, then he might say, "This is the closest to England I'm going to get".

If Person B was served kimchi, then he might say, "This is the closest to South Korea I'm going to get".

If Person B was served hot curry, then he might say, "This is the closest to India I'm going to get".

..., you get the idea.

Here, "going" is used idiomatically to mean "likely", "This is the closest to home I'm likely to get".
