what do the undelined parts mean in the following sentece?

"The catere's services were really inclusive: food, wine, flowers, decorations, coat check, music, and master of ceremonies."

Thanks.
The caterer provided a number of services. Among those services he provided was a service where an attendant took and put away the coats of the guests. He also provided a person to speak to the guests and announce what was going to happen next, or to announce who the next speaker was going to be - this person is called a master of ceremonies.
