Hello Native Teachers and Speakers, which sentence of these sentences sound most natural to you in everyday conversations?

I don't find any of them particularly natural. If I had to choose one, it would be A.

They would certainly be better without the comma, but I find it hard to imagine a conversation in which I would say any of them.

I don't see anything wrong with hanging out with friends in your free time. Perhaps maybe better, instead of going out to coffee change it to hanging out.
