Do they all mean the same and which would you use in informal, everyday talk?

3 I think that...
4 I've come to a a point where I think that...
5 I've made the experience that...
6 I've gotten to know that...

I'd use 1, 2 and 3, but they all have different meanings.

I'd be surprised to hear any native speaker use the others.

Even with that correction, I also think it's an unlikely start to a sentence. It might be if you change "a" to "the."
