[General] commucation problem

Dear Madam/Sir

I am working in a MNC But now a days I am facing a big problem about my communication skills and writting skill , I have always facing a problem for wirtting mail and communicate with UK client.i have lose my confidace,if i will with any person and he will speak in god english then I feel very low,i am not able to speak single work .second problem when two or three people standing on my desk or tell me to write some thing i forget every single spelling or even to write my name also, please tell me what should i do this problem make my life wust.

It seems you have a few options: find a job that doesn't require English, ask for tasks in your current job that don't require English, or improve your English.
You could eliminate half of your errors in 10 minutes by capitalising 'I' and the first word in sentences, putting appropriate spacing around your punctuation, and using a spell checker. But the other half will take longer.
