Can you tell me why "Compositional Analysis" is capitalized? Is it because it's the name of a discipline like "physics" or "math", etc? Even such disciplines are not always capitalized, I guess. Is it for emphasis? I need your clear answer, please.

There is no clear answer. You said yourself of M/math (M/maths in BrE) and P/physics, "Even such disciplines are not always capitalized, I guess.
