Can these two sentences be used interchangeably, and is the preposition 'about' related to 'concern' or to 'growing' in the first example?

Concerns are growing about online social networking.
Concerns about online social networking are growing.

I hate to disagree, even a little bit, with Piscean, but I feel the same way about both sentences- they sound fine and natural to me.
