Exactly what's the meaning of "Don't you touch me no more!" ?

If it really means "Don't touch me!", then why we don't just say " Don't you touch me again!" instead of saying "Don't you touch me no more!"
Noticed the "again" and the "no more"? Their totally different in meaning, right?that's where I'm confusing.

It's a variant of English using a double negative. (Some would say it's substandard English.) Some would consider you uneducated if you use language like that. Therefore, I wouldn't talk like that during a job interview, especially if you are trying to get a job as a college professor. ;-)
(Say: "They're totally different in meaning.")
(Say: "That's where I'm confused.")
