I chose though,, but they said as. Which is correct?

In my opinion, they're all wrong and it should be "Although". However, I agree with you that "though" could be used. "As" makes no sense at all. Unless the woman has an aversion to well-paid jobs, there is no reason why she would want to change her job based on the fact that her current one is well-paid.
The textbook/teacher is incorrect. It is not "as".
