constructing sentence ???

Hi

I am trying to construct this sentence. Can someone check and see if I have made any grammar errors.

My boss has requested a list of my agents and contact information for all these people as well as records with my prior work history including my union and the companies that will be able to confirm my prior jobs and experience.
