If we are talking about the worms which one is correct to use consuming... gnawing or corrading or any other alternatives?

What does <corrading> mean, Brend? Do you mean <corroding>?

You might need some commas here and might I suggest the deletion of 'why'. Is this what you want to say?

it is not corrading... I looked at again the word it corrode... sorry...

Can worms corrode bits and pieces inside the bones-organs....

Worms can't corrode you. Your body will become corroded. Worms will consume the corroded body.

In your sentence, consume is a good term to use.

If you would like to keep your idea of the worms (very poetic!), I would suggest using a phrase like 'eating away at'.

"Her panic, which I couldn’t understand, and your attitude which led you to not speak with me, were all worms that were eating away at me from the inside."
