The sentence comes from the company I work for. I get paid per hours I work, what it is the relation then?

Ifyou workfor them, then I'm not too sure what they mean by 'consumption'. Maybe they mean productivity, but then they should say that. Why they want to reward their employees for consuming is anyone's guess. What exactly do you do for them? ;-)

It should, but it's a very strange way of telling you. Either that or they would prefer it if you all started putting on weight. ;-)
