I think you should make that a separate section. Anyhow, I would say, "We strongly believe in reciprocation", then explain what you mean by that.

Hm. Well, I don't think "only" works very well there. Your website speaks for itself. You don't really need to state its purpose. If you are talking about putting up reciprocal links to websites you can say it is for the mutual benefit of both parties.

Yes, you could say, "Post something on my site, and I'll post a link to your site."
