IF ANYONE SAYS THANK YOU, WHAT WOULD I HAVE TO SAY AGAIN?
1.YOU'RE WELCOME.
2.IT'S A PLEASURE.
3.DON'T MENTION IT.

I CAN SAY THE THREE(FREE-IN LONDON) OF THEM.
IN WHICH SITUATION I CAN SAY#O1, #O2 AND #O3?

Number one ("You're welcome") is always appropriate. The second one should be "My pleasure". Sentences two and three are used in informal contexts.
