Hello!

I know that "converting" in marketing context means "becoming a customer", but I just cannot understand it in the following sentence:

As your relationship grows, you can continue to learn more about your customers.

  • How often are they buying?
  • What is their AOV?
  • What campaigns have converted for them?
I'd appreciate it if you further explain this for me, I am not native English speaker, so things are little confusing for me.

Thank you.

I'm (thankfully) not in marketing, but I think it means "which marketing campaigns have worked to make prospects into customers?"
