could you please tell me which of these are correct:

The purchaser shall send an email order stating the exact number and types/kinds/specification/designation of products.

designation could mean coding of the items, in which case I would go for that.

types and kinds if there are products which vary in their nature, ie boots and sandals; printers and photocopiers.

'type' would be 'hose' unless the client took it upon themselves to be more specific.
I think what is required is something more specific, like, hose, 3/4' nylon, twist-proof, green.
