I would say:
As requested, here is the list of claims that have been re-run after fixing the query.

List of claims = plural.
(You're talking about the claims that are on the list.)
Adding the "that" is maybe an option, but I prefer it anyway.

If I got it right you are talking about fixing code "query" in a database and the
"list of claims" is the result of the query.. if so then

As requested, here is the list of claims after re-running the corrected query.

As far as I remember "fixed query" is not the same as "corrected query".

Thanks for your replies.

Yes I was talking about Query re-run on MS Access to get the actual claims list. Before that there were some duplicates claims. I re-run the query to remove the duplicates claims.
