Dear "A",
I got a complaint from a customer at the service desk today, March 15, 2008 that when she tried to make photo copies from a book she got about 10 copies from the same page which she did not mean to do. She meant to make only one copy of each page. She got charged for each page. I got her information (name and phone number) and put it on your desk. She will be back tomorrow for reimbursement. I have told her that we are not responsible for photocopy services, it is up to the "Cannon" who deals with it. Could you please contact "Cannon" regarding this issue.
Sincerely,
"D"

Is "Cannon" the name of a person, or of the company who make/supply the machine - in which case is it not "Canon"?
