The following is a sentence that may or not be correct in its use of a pronoun.

"I had spoken to she and her friend."

Is (she) being used correctly?

That should be "her and her friend."

You could say:
She and her friend had been spoken to by I.

You couldn't say:
I had spoken to she.

Hi,

No, this is not correct. You should use 'her'. It would be of course better if you used at least one name in such a sentence, for example, 'I had spoken to Lisa and her friend.

A sentence, 'I had spoken to her and her friend' could be used if speakers knew who is being talked about.

You can't say "by I". That should be "by me". The object of a preposition must be in the objective case.
