Grammatically it is correct, and as a native speaker would say...but shouldn't you mention, paid by whom? eg
...until the total price of the Work has been paid (by the Contractee) (by said Contractee, Mr. John Smith).

It is a term defined in the contract, so they use it with capital W

The Work shall be the exclusive property of the Contractor until all settlement of payment has been made.
