I would like to ask native speakers of English whether my writing below are correct.

#1 Please write your name below your address.

#2 She is wearing contact lenses instead of glasses today.

Is "is wearing" correct? Would you give me other verbs?

Both seem fine to me, although you could use "under" instead of "below".
Can't think of an alternative to "is wearing" which doesn't lead to a more complicated sentence.
