could you please check the highlighted parts of the following text:

Modifications or extra works required by the customer shall, if they result in an increase in the scope of deliveries or works, be ordered by the customer with the contractor. Any works not completed shall be reflected in the final invoice.

They are ok. However, I would suggest a change to the first sentence:

...be agreed by the customer and the contractor...
...be arranged by the customer with the contractor...
