Dear teachers,

Do these sentences work?

  • I believe you can track them knowing their names and appearance.
  • I thought this info was available to all involved.
  • The company I work for is hiring new talents.
  • The boss asked the attendant to gather the names and ages of all employees so he can decide who will travel.
  • I would like you to reconsider your opinion on this matter.

Thank you

"New talents" in your third sentence should not be plural. Everything else looks all right.

I thought 'new talents' could replace 'talented people'. Could you explain why?

Thank you

Perhaps you could try thinking of it as a collective noun.

Terrific.
As for the particle 'to' in the second sentence. I wonder if 'for' alone would work there too.

I thought this info was available for all involved.

and possibly accompanied:

I thought this info was available for all involved to follow.

Thank you

1) You could.

2) I don't get the "to follow" part, though. It would make more sense if it were "instructions" instead of "information".
