Could you please correct my grammar

The normal transit time from China to France is 21 days, but the carrier of CMA was arranged this container to Singapore, then transshipped to France which was caused one week delay / 7 days more as our original scheduled. We had requested the forwarder provide us more liner whom can provide us the stable schedule to avoid this happen again, especially in the peak seasons. Maybe you can suggest the customer to aware this issue, and get more good service from their forwarder in France in further arrangement.

We have requested the forwarder to provide us with a list of other vessels that would provide us with a stable schedule to avoid this happening again, especially in the peak seasons. Maybe you can make the customer aware of this issue in order to get better service from their forwarder in France in future.

I don't believe that there's any reason for the 'of' between carrier and CMA.

You need to confirm - is CMA the name of the carrier, or is CMA the product being transported?

If the first, then all you need to say is "but CMA arranged...".
