Cures for insomnia:
1. Build up confidence: You must believe that you can sleep well.
2. Sleeping time: Sleeping time has to be in a regular pattern.
3. Exercise: It is wrong to have too much exercise before sleeping.
4. Relax: Don’t be too nervous.
5. Food: Eating some food is good for sleeping. But don’t eat too much.
6. Sleeping pills: Never use sleeping pills without doctor’s prescription.
