I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct.

David entered the lobby of a luxury hotel and was dazed by the sparkle of chandeliers, fine furniture, paintings in gold frames, and the well groomed guests with their expensive jewellery and watches.

When I first read your sentence, I saw "dazzled" instead of "dazed". I find "dazzled" more natural. Also, you need to hyphenate "well-groomed".
