I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

David has a penchant for collecting vinyl records. He has them neatly stacked in glass-door cabinets all over his flat.

I'd remove "collecting". I'd use "glass-fronted cabinets".

The sentence is fine in Canadian English.

Fine in AE as well except for the word "flat". We prefer "apartment".
