Sockpuppet is new to me. Please tell me what it means.

1. So the first osentence is informal and the second sentence [possesive form] is formal, right??

2. I don't know Sockpuppet, either. Is it a slang??

3. Can I write " I don't know Sockpuppet, too"??

A sockpuppet is a puppet made from a sock or some material that looks like a sock. It can have a little face, ears, etc. on it. One moves one's fingers inside the puppet to make it appear as though the puppet were talking.
