I said:
Yes it does sound like some sockpuppet trying to start up some shit about Gale being unhappy again.

Can I change it to possesive form like this??

Yes it does sound like some sockpuppet trying to start up some shit about Gale's being unhappy again.

Yes you can. That works.

A. Yes it does sound like some sockpuppet trying to start up some shit about Gale being unhappy again.

B.Yes it does sound like some sockpuppet trying to start up some shit about Gale's being unhappy again.

1. So the sentence A is informal and the sentence B [possesive form] is formal, right??

I don't know Sockpuppet, either. Is it a slang??

2. Can I write " I don't know Sockpuppet, too"??

1- Yes
2- I would use 'too' with a poistive verb and 'either' with a negative one. ;-)
