Do you think ‘Delay no more’ is grammatically wrong? But I think ‘delay no more’ is more direct and straightforward even though it sounds wrong. The emphasis is on the main verb ‘delay’, which suggest immediate action. Don’t you think so?
Of course, the correct ways to say are that: ‘Don’t delay anymore’ or ‘No more delay.’
