Hello.

Establishment of an agriculture and specialized vehicles department.

I have some questions:

1. Isn't it better to say "creation" instead of "establishment"?
2. What variant is the most preferred: "
agriculture and specialized vehicles department" or "department for agriculture and specialized vehicles"?
3 Are there any other ways of saying "specialized vehicles" (for example, special equipment)?

Thank you.

Establishment of an agriculture and specialized-vehicles department.

Is that meant to be a heading?

Either one can work. The context may determine which one might be better.

2. What variant is the most preferred: "
agriculture and specialized-vehicles department" or "department for agriculture and specialized vehicles"?

"Special equipment" is not the same as "specialized vehicles". What exactly are you talking about?

It meant to be an announcement. It is a part of a sentence.
I am talking about different types of vehicles (if one can say so): truck mounted material handlers, lumber tractors, tank trucks, road tankers etc.
Are they "special equipment" or "specialized vehicles"?
I would appreciate your answer for the 2 question :)

Can you show us the full sentence?

They're both!
Even "specialized equipment" and "special vehicles" might work. I think "specialized vehicles" might be best.

Recently we have established (created) a chain of different departments that was our strategic goal.
Establishment of an agriculture and specialized vehicles department (department for agriculture and specialized vehicles) took us the most financial expenses.

May I aslo ask you what is meant by "sourcing office"? How it can be explained in other words?

I don't understand the part in blue. Also, do you have an official name for that department?

May I also ask you what is meant by "sourcing office"? How it can be explained in other words?
Can you tell us where you found it?

The part in blue means that it cost a lot of money.
There is no any official name for this department.
I heard "sourcing office" in one trading company.
What this department can deal with?

I prefer "setting up" to "establishment"(of a department).

How about "motorized equipment"? I think vehicles tend to be associated with the things used for transport purposes.

I think a "Purchasing Department" is common; I have not heard of "sourcing office".

The establishment of the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Specialized Vehicles was very costly.
