Difference between "people who are", "those people who are" and "those who are"

Is there any difference between the following three sentences?

1- There are sports facilities for guests. Those who are interested in golf can enjoy our eighteen-hole course.

2- There are sports facilities for guests. Those people who are interested in golf can enjoy our eighteen-hole course.

3- There are sports facilities for guests. People who are interested in golf can enjoy our eighteen-hole course.

Hi everyone, I think these three sentences mean the same. Can I use them interchangeably? And there are many quotes such as "Those who hate me motivate me." Can I replace "those who" with "those people who" and "people who" in the sentence too?

They are equivalent. Sentence 1 may be perceived as more polite.

I think 'who are' can be omitted from all of them.

In the context of simple dissemination of information I'd keep the second sentence much shorter.

'Golfers can enjoy our 18-hole course.'

Thank you Rover. Your answer is really helpful. I think native speakers use "those who" more often than "those people/members etc. who" but either will work and they mean the same. Am I right?

As usual, I used Google, which found as many as 731,000,000 examples of 'those who'.
