Is there a difference, in reference in which expression is more polite to say:

considering that she doesn`t handle these claims anymore

&

considering that she isn’t handling these claims anymore



Are both correct?? is anyone more polite than the other one?

Equally polite but the second one is more informal.

I see no difference in formality either. They carry equal weight and meaning.
