It is extremely difficult to answer questions based on short fragments of sentences. You need to give us whole sentences to work with.

In this case, I can't come up with a convincing sentence starting with either of your phrases.

Regarding the final sentence of your post (and of your other posts), the first part is entirely unnecessary. We are aware that you are a learner. If we need to elaborate on an explanation, we will. Sometimes it's not necessary.
