"Do so" vs "do that" vs "do this" vs "do it"

Hi everyone, Could anyone please tell me if i should use "do so", "do that", "do this" or "do it" in the following context?

Here is the example:

Every student in this college is requested to pay their fees by Friday. Failure to do so/that/this/it will result in a penalty of 50 Dollars.

Theoretically, any of them could be used. I'd go for "Failure to do so".

Note my corrections above. I'm sure we have told you before that we don't use a capital letter after a comma unless the word is a proper noun. I am certain that you know that the pronoun "I" must always be capitalised.

You'd usually find 'so' there. You could also use "this". The others are unnatural.
