One thing we could do is post some of the most frequently asked questions and the answers to them. What I wouldn't do is post all those thank yous. (That gets boring rather quickly, especially in that format.) I also wouldn't address every questioner by his or her first name. (That comes across as phony friendliness.)

Organization is the key--u]most frequently asked questions[/u] would be a nice addition.
