One thing we could do is post some of the most frequently asked questions and the answers to them. What I wouldn't do is post all those thank yous. (That gets boring rather quickly, especially in that format.) I also wouldn't address every questioner by his or her first name. (That comes across as phony friendliness.)

That's my opinion. What do you think?

We could start off by creating a folder in the forum for frequent questions and move the best threads into it. I could then transform them into pages for the site with links to the original discussions. ;-)

What do you all think?
