:up: Of the two options the plural is less bad. But 'Few... don't' is a very odd-sounding collocation. You could say 'A few don't...', but that would change the meaning to 'there are a few who do, but not many'. It'd sound better expressed with a positive: 'Few people are so fixed in their ways that they never change their mind' or 'Few people keep unchanging views all their lives' - or something like that.

Always remember: people = plural!

Initially, I thought that "Few people don't........" was an unusual construction too, but actually there are plenty of instances where it would be exactly what you need:

Few people at my school don't have access to the internet at home.

Few people in my town don't wear designer clothes.
