Are they all correct and which would you prefer in everyday talk?

I'm disappointed that you don't want to meet me. Is it because you...
1 ...still don't trust me?
2 ...have still no trust in me?
3 ...are still not trusting me?
4 ...are still not having trust in me?
5 ...are still doubting my trustworthiness?
6 ...are still questioning my reliability?

Where did you find this question? Which one(s) do you think is/are correct?

I'd guess that they might all be correct but 5 and 6 sound too formal.

Only one of them is both correct and natural. Where did you find this question?

RobertJ, you might not have been on the forum long enough to realise that the reason we ask "Where did you find this question?" is to ascertain whether it's homework or not. If the answer to our question is "It was given to me by my teacher and I have to give him/her the answer on Monday", we know that we can't help.
