Hi, I read in David Letterman’s show: “Don’t nobody go anywhere”….isn’t this phrase grammatically incorrect? …isn’t there an unnecessary repetition?...Thanks a lot!

You are correct, this is grammatically incorrect.

However in conversational informal English, it is becoming relatively common to hear this form of double negative used as a way of signifying emphasis.

I don't like it, and I think most more traditional people won't like it either.
