Theres a Rolling Stones Song called Under My Thumb... in this song Mick sings:"Its down to me". Whats the meaning of this expression?

Essentially it means that the changes in the girls, behaviour, dress, etc. are the result of the speaker's influnce on her. She changed because of him.

OK, I see, its something like "she changed because of me" but is it something natural or pushed down her throat???
And "Shes Under My Thumb" means that "Im the boss and she does everything I say"?
