Is there any difference? Because I found an example: 'I dream.... becoming a millionaire and buying a big yacht' and the only answer is OF, so is it incorrect to say ABOUT in this case?

There's no real difference.

I'd say we use dream about more for actual dreaming "Last night I dreamt about being chased by a gang of purple clowns,"
and I'd use dream of for the more figurative use of fantasising "I dream of one day winning the lottery and buying a big house by the sea".

For me at least, both sentences would sound slightly odd if I swapped the preposition.
