You need either "Drinking cold drinks" (plural noun, no article required) or "Drinking a cold drink" (singular noun, article required).

"your sugar level" means nothing. The drink itself has a sugar level or sugar content but a person doesn't. Are you talking about changes to your blood sugar?

"up to an extent that can be harmful."

I'd suggest you delete 'up'. You already have 'increase'. It increases to a certain level.

PS: Drinking cold drinks won't increase "your sugar level" unless the drink has sugar in it.

Cold drinks do have sugar in them.

Nonsense. Some do. Try iced tea. Try cold water.
This is the fallacy of overgeneralisation - it's good to avoid it.
