The dye in the fabric comes out in the water. It bleeds into the water. If a blouse doesn't bleed, it means you can wash it with other clothing items. If a blouse bleeds, it means you cannot wash it with other clothing items. If you do, the dye in the fabric will bleed onto the fabrics of the other clothing items. Have you ever had white socks turn pink in the wash? :shock:
