I presume "drop off" refer to "deliver/give me" in the above. If not, what does it mean? Thanks.

drop off = leave = deliver are pretty much the same except to drop off implies that the items will be left even if there is no one there to receive the items. Whereas deliver implies that that there will be someone there to receive the items. IMHO ;-)
